• Consciously Cool Chick’s yoga mat consists of an absorbent microfiber top layer bonded to a base of 100% natural tree rubber. It is eco-friendly, biodegradable, and recyclable. The designs use water-based inks. Our mat measures 68” by 24” and weighs approximately five pounds.

  You can pop the mat into your washer for easy cleaning:

  • Place the mat by itself into the washer and use cold water, gentle cycle. (Detergent is fine, but NO BLEACH.)
  • Cover the mat with a towel and wring out any leftover water for faster drying.
  • Very important: NEVER machine-dry the mat!

  Then hang the mat to dry—it should be ready for your next class or workout in a few hours. For storage purposes, make sure the mat is rolled up with the design facing outward.
